Working on feature, television, or advertising productions involves at least a 12-hour work schedule, and for people like the floor manager or production coordinator, there are additional hours before the start of shooting and after the last scene planned for the day. Key is preparing for the project from the production support side\u2014in every aspect, the shooting schedule and the order of recordings are the foundation of well-executed material. My adventure with the film and television industry began many years ago, and since then I have dedicated myself to managing sets. As a floor manager, my task is to ensure that every stage of production is organized, efficient, and most importantly, meets the clients' expectations.<\/p>\n

In our role as floor manager, we have one main task\u2014to ensure that the production runs smoothly, without disruptions, and according to the planned schedule, and that its final result meets the client's expectations.
