Nazywam się Łukasz Kongiel, a właściwie powinienem przedstawić się jako KONGO – top pseudonim, który towarzyszy mi od lat w tej branży, w której przeszedłem ścieżkę kariery nie pomijając żadnego ze szczebli. Z planem miałem do czynienia już przed rozpoczęciem studiów. Zafascynowany profesją wybrałem studia w tym kierunku i realizowałem drogę na przysłowiowy „szczyt” na każdym ze stanowisk – stąd moje bogate, różnorodne i ogromne doświadczenie, a także znajomość poszczególnych procesów w pracy na planach.Mam więc przyjemność przedstawić się jako prezes KONGO CREW ale przede wszystkim kierownik planu z ogromnym doświadczeniem w branży. Moim atutem niewątpliwie jest wykształcenie. Skończyłem Wydział Organizacji Sztuki Filmowej PWSFTviT w Łodzi. Bardzo wcześnie rozpocząłem karierę i miałem przyjemność pracować przy różnorodnych projektach, od produkcji seriali po organizację eventów i reklam. Każde wyzwanie, które napotykam, traktuję jako szansę na doskonalenie się i tworzenie niezapomnianych formatów. W mojej karierze zdobyłem nie tylko umiejętności kierowania planem i koordynacji, ale także wiedzę na temat każdego etapu produkcji.
I cooperated with talented and respected people from the industry. After many years, I was inspired to create a team - KONGO CREW. Mentioning the people thanks to whom I am here today, I must introduce two important fi gures, both for KONGO CREW and personally for me, because years ago they were the ones from whom I drew knowledge and inspiration, and today we form a team - Marcin Sobolewski "Sobol ” and Piotr Dziwulski “Gustaw”.
I don't need to introduce them, because they are well-known names in the industry - these gentlemen have been working for their success since the late 1990s and are among the fi rst set managers in the television industry in our country. These are people who inspired me and now we create KONGO CREW together. An excellent team of professionals works to provide a comprehensive service, simultaneously on several plans or events, and to ensure the care and reliability of the entrusted orders - that's US! As president and set manager, my goal is to share experience and knowledge with other professionals and support projects that have the potential to turn into unforgettable spectacles. As a company, we have the pleasure of implementing new projects and taking up challenges - together with KONGO CREW, we have created a brand that is inextricably associated with professionalism, knowledge, vast experience and, above all, the implementation of the most diffi cult - even impossible - projects.
I am convinced that in the world of fi lm, television, series and event production, the key to success is professionalism, commitment and the ability to quickly respond to changing situations. My mission is to ensure that each project is completed with the highest quality and attention to detail.
